@relay

I promised Jeeny we'd leave early, so this was a quick one.

Jack makes great fliers and this one is no different.

P. Noid fucking rules. Beat Happening mixed with UKDIY.

(Texas' own) Answering Machines played second. Jack really put themselves through the ringer on this one, but pulled it off. This version is maybe a little tighter and louder than the Chicago lineup, but that really only matters in that you get a different experience. I would watch either lineup one million times.

GFBs are loud. Apparently they played for a while but I could not tell because I had a smile on my face the whole time. I think I originally thought they were more 60s style jangly, but they're really more 90s style jangly.

Everyone really liked my Soulseek hat. Many were surprised to learn that Soulseek still existed, a mass revelation that has continued in subsequent weeks. Spotify has done a number on our brains. Bring the piracy home.

This gig was at a motorcycle shop that was not racist.

Absolutely no fucking bathroom etiquette at this gig. Do your coke or take a shit at home, but get the fuck out of there so I can watch the bands.

I admittedly did not watch Soup Activists. They are not really my thing, but I did feel bad leaving early.
