In 2020 he helped\nstart DIY venue Casa Café\, whose shows and mutu al aid initiatives have been\nprofiled in the Chicago Reader and South Sid e Weekly. He plays in multiple bands\nand has been involved in Chicago’s D IY scene for the past ten years.\n\nKenn Goodman is a Chicago musician\, p roducer\, and founder of Pravda Records\, the\nindependent label he establ ished in 1984. A multi-instrumentalist\, Goodman has\nperformed with The S ervice\, The New Duncan Imperials\, Expo ’76\, and Imperial\nSound\, and c ollaborated with artists including Andre Williams\, Tiny Tim\, and\nArchie Bell. Through Pravda\, he has released more than 150 albums across a wide \nrange of genres while championing independent artists and remaining an a ctive\nforce in Chicago’s music community.\n\nK Hagood is a Black transfem musician who's been playing in the Chicago DIY\nscene for over a decade. Starting in acts like Cordoba and The Devonns\, they've\nexpanded to the e lectro r&b group Gilt Drip and is currently most known for the\ndance core punk band Bussy Kween Power Trip. According to the Chicago Reader\nthey a re a "prolific" bassist\, but their day job is teaching music production t o\nyouth.\n\nCarla Winterbottom is a Chicago-based artist known for her co llages and pinhole\nphotography. She was a founding member of artist colle ctive Colson's Truck\nGroup\, profiled by the Chicago Reader in 1993. She was a roommate\, mother\nfigure\, and tour manager (American Records) for Chicago artist Wesley Willis\n(1963-2003). She has been exhibiting\, curat ing and participating as a board\nmember in art organizations since receiv ing her MFA in 1989\, and she is\ncurrently board member and curator for t he John H. Vanderpoel Museum.
